Last month on December 30th, pop star Brandy was in a fatal car accident in her Land Rover on Interstate 405 in California, when she struck the back of a Honda driven by Awatef Aboudihajkilling who died while in the hospital that day.

While Brady publicly apologized to the family of the deceased and also has said that she wasn’t under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the crash. Which she was tested for and came up negative to substance abuse. The California Highway Patrol has recommended that Brandy be charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. If charged, she could face up to the maximum sentence of only one year in county jail and a puny $1,000 fine.

Brandy has not been in the spotlight for a while, It’s a shame it took something so drastic to get her on every celebrity news site. I’d prefer a sex tape that was in a storage room she mistakenly forgot to pay and leaked into the wrong hands and ended up all over the internet. But no, just a death. Booo!
